Come visit us

We are an internet based mail order company. We are planning to open a new showroom in 2014 where you can come and visit us to see a selected range of OMP products on display.

We have a fast efficient email system operated by our highly trained customer services team who will be glad to assist you with any query you have. We aim to respond to all emails within 24hrs between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm). If you email over the weekend we would reply on Monday.

Please provide as much information in your email as possible so we can answer your enquiry quickly and efficiently. Please include previous emails when you reply, as a different member of staff may need to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a telephone service available at this time.

If you would like to collect an order from our warehouse then you must email in advance to arrange it with a member of staff first, to avoid any disappointment.
